A: While there is no hard limit on how many videos you can upload, uploading multiple videos simultaneously might take longer than usual depending on an upload queue.

The first couple uploaded videos are usually marked as to have priority in the encoding queue, but as of a batch of 3 or more videos will usually be placed in a "zip lock"-like decided by a load balancer to be sent of to encoding.
