If you need to upload an alternative audio track for instance an audio track for hearing impaired or just audio track in another language, then this can be done in Details > Files > Upload new audio. Add an audio track by uploading an audio file and choose a language and press save. After adding the audio track, you can find it in the video player settings as an option.
