Don't worry it should be an easy fix and it's usually a challenge that can be tackled by allowing permissions on your computer. This typically occurs on MacOS.
If you are using a OS computer, then allow screen recording in your settings
System Prefrences > Privacy > Screen recording > Add Chrome (or other browser) > Activate checkbox > Restart browser
