When being provided with an Adobe Express license via Qbrick, a new separate Adobe organization will be created.
Upon creation, you or designated administrator should receive an email with instructions on how to access the Adobe Admin Console. Normally the same email address would be used as accessing the Qbrick Video Platform.
If the email would be lost you can go to adminconsole.adobe.com and request new log-in credentials.
Add Users and licenses
To be able to use all features in Adobe Express, your users needs to be added as an Adobe user and have a license assigned to them. After that an email with instructions for the user will be sent to their email.
When adding additional user you can simultaneously assign licenses if any are free.
To assign licenses you can either do it via the Products tab by selecting the product and assign one or more users to the product, or you can go to the users tab, click on the user and assign a license directly.
Licenses can also be moved freely at any time between users.
Adobe Express is dependent on the user being signed in to Adobe via the web browser, so switching switching between different browsers will require the user to log to Adobe again. Please see this article about more details about using Adobe Express.

Adding Additional Free Licenses
If you have a larger team with some people who doesn't always need to utilize all the features Adobe Express provides, a free alternative with limited functions can be obtained via the products tab in the Adobe Admin Console.
Simply navigate to Products and go to "Free subscriptions".
After agreeing to the terms you will be able to assign users to the free plan alternative.
This option provides fewer tools within adobe express, smaller stock library and a duration limit, but basic functions like trimming clips and merging videos is still available.
